Health Guarantees

 The  above described dog is guaranteed to be in good health and free of  communicable diseases at the time of sale. The Buyer agrees to have this  dog examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of purchase.  Should the dog be found in ill health, cause of which is clearly  attributed to the Seller (if same as breeder), the dog may, upon  presentation of a written diagnosis from said veterinarian, be returned  to the Seller. Seller will then provide the Buyer with a full purchase  price refund. The Seller is not responsible for any expenses incurred  that include, but are not limited to, any and all transportation  charges.
 

 The  above described dog is guaranteed to be free from congenital defects  for one year from date of birth. If the dog is found to have congenital  defects, the Buyer upon written request to the Seller and return of the  above described dog, may choose the following option: Replacement.  Provide Seller a written diagnosis of the dogs condition/defects from a  licensed veterinarian. Seller will provide Buyer with a replacement  puppy of their choosing and of equal value. Buyer is responsible for all  expenses incurred that include, but are not limited to, veterinarian  and all transportation expenses. The Buyers failure to provide basic  medical care and attention such as required vaccinations (including  booster shots) and de-worming will null and void this health guarantee.
